Sun Transformer has been in business for over 20 years, and in that time, we've created and acquired literally thousands of transformer designs. While we keep a very limited number of items on the shelf, our library of designs is within easy reach. If we don't have your exact specifications in an existing design, we likely have something close. If it's not close enough, we also have a talented staff with decades of experience who can quickly design a quality power supply that meets your requirements.

Sun Transformer Products
Sun Transformer offers a broad range of inductive components. Since we have custom design and manufacturing capabilities, you are not limited to a standard line of transformers. We design and build special units optimized to meet your exact requirements.
Sun offers transformers with ferrite or nickel cores for use in digital telecommunications and switching power supplies. We also provide toroidal transformers as well as encapsulated magnetics for use in hostile environmental conditions.
Sun produces printed-circuit-mount power transformers for many different applications. Whether it be UL-recognized industry standard styles or a myriad of custom sizes and configurations, we can supply your PC-mount transformer needs.
Large chassis-mount transformers up to 10 KVA are available from Sun. Large power transformers, isolation transformers, auto transformers, inductors, and chokes can be designed and produced to your specifications.
